Our business is very dynamic, and our privacy notice and the conditions of use will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our website frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make. However, we will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.

Information You Give Us:
You provide most such information when you search, buy, order, post reviews, or other methods of communication via our website or email to Hair Extension Hub. As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information as your name, address, phone number, and credit card information.

Automatic Information:
For security purposes, Hair Extension Hub collects and analyzes the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet and our website. This is done for your protection for tracking purposes in the unfortunate event that someone gains access to your personal or financial information and opens an account, or makes purchases under your name.

Shipping:
Any ground orders (including 3-day select) placed before 1:00 p.m. and air orders before 4:00 p.m. EST will be shipped out the SAME BUSINESS DAY.

All products are shipped via FedEx. Other carriers may be requested by the customers, but special handling charges will be added plus the cost of shipping. Please use the Contact Us page if you would like more information.

International Orders:
Because of Customs Regulations in certain countries, we may be unable to ship certain items that may be prohibited for Import. Please check with your Customs Office for further information. Also, there may be an added handling charge assessed by your Customs Office.

Returns and Exchanges:
All returns and exchanges must be in the original condition (band intact for hair) and be accompanied by the original invoice. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 90 days after the invoice date. However, refund amounts and exchanges are subject to the following:

Refund Stipulations: All refunds are subjected to a 20% restocking fee of the original purchased value, except for first-time MAIL-ORDER customers and original shipping and handling fees are deducted.

All returns received within 30 days of invoice date will receive a full refund minus the above stipulations. Exchanges within 30 days of the invoice date are not subject to restocking fees, however, shipping and handling fees will be charged.

All returns received after 30 days and up to 90 days of invoice date are only eligible for a maximum refund of 50% of the original purchased value. Exchanges after 30 days and up to 90 days of invoice date will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees will be charged.

All clearance sales are final. Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All hair replacement pieces are NOT subject to return for sanitation purposes

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 90 days of the invoice date.

Discount Club Membership Terms & Conditions
Discount Club Membership Cards can be used for any purchase made online or by phone. *Only applies to registered, licensed Discount Club Members. Member benefits CAN NOT be combined with any other SALES or COUPON CODE promotional offers. All members must present their Membership ID Card Number at the time of purchase. Cancellation of Orders by Customers:
The order may be canceled by the customer at no charge ONLY when the order is in the Pending status.

Orders in which the customer cancels before 1:00 PM (EST) the same business day in which the order was placed and the order status is Processing, will be subjected to a $15 cancellation fee.
